Satsuki Fujii is the representative director of Akari Corporation. After graduating from Ono High School in Hyogo Prefecture, I started my financial career at Himeji Shinkin Bank, and then worked as a loan officer at Minato Bank Kakogawa Branch for 20 years. While working at a bank, I graduated from the College of Liberal Arts of the Open University of Japan and pursued personal growth.
- Transition to Japanese
After gaining experience in the financial sector, I became interested in Japanese language education and obtained a Japanese language teaching certificate. I volunteered at the Himeji International Exchange Association's "Japan Trade Center" and interacted with many Vietnamese refugees and trainees. This experience deepened my interest in Vietnam and I have been involved in the Japanese language education program there for about 8 and a half years, providing education to more than 9,000 foreigners.
- Management experience at an educational institution
From 2015 to March 2022, I was the principal and academic director of Tone International Academy, where I participated in the operation and management of the educational institution. From May 2024, we will provide Japanese language education consulting services at Narita Foreign Language Institute.

In 2018, established Akari individual enterprise, in 2022, established Akari joint stock company and became representative director.
- Vision
Satsuki Fujii's vision is to create an environment where foreigners living in Japan can feel secure and act as a bridge to understanding different cultures. We aim to support Japanese society through housing and employment support.

Interests: Reading, Special Skills: Communicating in Kansai dialect and having a deep understanding of Vietnam, Satsuki Fujii will continue to work towards realizing a multicultural society.

Taihei Asada is a Japanese of Vietnamese descent.
I have had a deep interest in Japanese music and culture since I was a child and came to Japan as an intern in 2003. During my time in Japan, I took Japanese language classes, built a multinational network, and also participated in interpreting and supporting Vietnamese language classes through volunteer education activities for Vietnamese children. Before returning to Vietnam, I won second place in the Himeji International Exchange Center's Japanese speech contest and it was at this time that I further strengthened my determination to become a bridge between Japan and Vietnam.
After returning home, I wanted to study music, which I loved since I was a child, and Japanese, so I majored in both at two universities. During this time, I had the opportunity to meet and interact with many people in Vietnam and have maintained relationships to this day.
To date, I have been responsible for managing over 1,500 students, providing comprehensive support from their arrival in Japan until their return home. The quality of our work has been highly regarded and we have also been tasked with interpreting for various skills tests. It has been over 20 years since I came to Japan and I feel that this path is my calling.
